The largest standard module size, our 6 x 3m portable building is our most popular size, offering versatility and plenty of space to comfortably accommodate staff, equipment, storage and work spaces. The 6m x 3m comes in a white frame or black frame and two standard heights - 2.6m or 2.8m.

Our 6m x 2.4m portable building offers a flexible solution with the same footprint as a 20ft shipping container. An efficient size for delivery, it is a popular choice for a wide range of uses, offices, storage space, administration wings, medical clinics, classrooms, laboratories and more. Each unit comes in a white or black frame.

Standard Features

Structural Design

Constructed using Corten steel with a life expectancy of over 25 years, Pacific Portable Buildings are robustly built, sandblasted, zinc galvanised with a two pack paint finish. Designed to be stacked up to three levels high, our portable structures have a solid roof design that workers can safely conduct work on, a vermin-proof seal cover plate, roof gutter system with neat internal downpipes, and structure certification to EN ISO 15609, AS/NZS 1170.2, 1554, 2589.

Interior Finish

Finished to the highest standards, portable building interiors come equipped with commercial-grade vinyl flooring. Carpet and alternative colours are also available. Internal walls are powder-coated with an off-white gloss and add-ons are optional in the form of kitchenettes and bathrooms.

Electrics

Our electrical wiring is installed to the New Zealand standard of portable building regulations and comes supplied with a 4-year warrant of fitness. Enjoy LED batten lighting, multiple power outlets, an internal fuse box and HVAC options with upgrades available.

Windows/Doors

All portable buildings come with a standard swing door. Premium European-designed double-insulated windows come with the option of either sliding or Eurotilt windows to suit all preferences. Customisable add-ons include adding additional doors and windows, sliding glass doors, and floor-to-ceiling glass window panes.

Insulation

Using a high-quality fire-retardant rock wool material, our modular buildings come with insulated floors (100mm), ceilings (100mm), and walls (72mm). Natural fibre rockwool is a sustainable material excellent at repelling moisture, to ensure dry, safe and comfortable spaces regardless of the season. All windows are double-glazed for insulation, helping keep heat in during the winter and out during the summer, and reducing condensation.

Multipart Warranty

Coming with a structural warranty and commercial sales multi-part warranty, our portable buildings are made to last. Designed with high performance and high quality in mind, buildings have been quality tested with continuous product performance developments to meet NZ standards. All electrical wiring is NZ-certified with a 4-year electrical warrant of fitness.

All standard buildings come with steel frames in black or white, and external walls can be painted in a colour of your choice to match your business colours or the landscape.

Add extra doors, windows, internal dividers, or walls to create your ideal space. Swap standard options for double-insulated sliding glass doors or full-length window panes to allow for more natural light.

Signage and Branding

Custom Fit-Out
