Step 1 - Planning
Initial contact & requirements gathering

It starts with a conversation. We'll work through your requirements, building size and purpose, hire or purchase, site access, and timeframes, before providing a quote. Where custom or adaptable builds are involved, our design and engineering teams are engaged early to make sure everything is scoped correctly.

Step 2 - Project Management
Build preparation & delivery planning

Once your deposit is paid, the build begins. You'll receive weekly updates on progress and a quality check is completed before your building leaves us. Final payment is made prior to delivery, and all logistics are coordinated in advance.

Step 3 - Delivery & Installation
Site Manager-led delivery and install

Your dedicated Project Manager liaises directly with your site contact to confirm the delivery plan, agree on timing, and ensure all Health & Safety requirements are met before arrival. We handle the complexity so your job is simply to be ready for a building.

Step 4 - Project Debrief
Follow-up meeting & feedback

Every project ends with a follow-up. We'll connect with you post-delivery to review the quality of your building, discuss how the process went, and capture any feedback. It's how we keep getting better and how we make sure you're genuinely happy with the outcome.
