The Domestic Jet Terminal Subcontractor Village serves as a dedicated hub for on-site personnel, featuring office spaces, training rooms, ablution facilities, technical rooms and a 90-square-metre commercial catering area.

Our modular units were chosen for their ability to adapt and relocate for phased works and were used throughout the design process to create limited working zones on the site. 

This project was a collaboration between Auckland Airport, Hawkins and other suppliers including SmartShelters who we co-hosted a lunch with in November 2025 for all the sub-contractors on the site. At Pacific Portable Buildings we’re all about building great relationships, and love being part of projects where we get to work together with others who also care about delivering quality work.
